Wanted: Flower Arrangers

If  you  enjoy  the  floral  arrangements you see in the church each Sunday, consider joining  the  St. Stephen’s Flower Arrangers.  Men  and  women  alike  are  welcome, and don’t worry if you’ve never done it before—fearless leader Jane Mangrum is a great teacher.  The  tasks  range from the initial concept through getting the flowers to the kitchen, preparing and arranging them,  carrying the finished offering into the church,  and sweeping up afterward. We also prepare arrangements for the chapel and, after church on Sunday, recycle the materials from the altar pieces for the hospital. Please speak to Jane or contact the church office if you’d like to give it a try.
